The sooner the better! People reserve our units weeks and sometimes months in advance. We don’t want you to miss out on the fun! The weekends are our most popular days and book up quickly. So the earlier you reserve the more choices you have.
Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit does go toward your balance. The remainder is to be paid in full at the time of set-up.
Yes. However, certain permits or licenses may be required. Most require proof of insurance (certificate of insurance). Check with the individual park or call us to find out the requirements. There is a $50 fee to be named as additionally insured.
No. The grass will jump back to its natural form within a day or two.
We usually deliver in the morning between 8am and 11am. If there are special time requirements, our professional full time staff will work with you.
We keep generators available in inventory for an additional rental fee of $70.00, which is guranteed up to 4 hours. Generators are required if the rental itrem is over 100ft from the nearest power outlet.
The correct answer is an antibacterial disinfectant. If they do not know, they are not using one!
We deliver, set-up, and pick-up all rentals. All you have to do is pick up the phone & call. We will typically deliver and set up your inflatable in the morning. We isure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. However, when setting up, if the driver feels it is not a good or safe place to set up the unit, due to obstacles that may damage the unit, we will not set-up and an alternative site will need to be found.
They are next day, typically in the morning. Equipment left in unsecure locations will be picked up that evening. Please note, we are not responsible for theft or lost items.
If it is pouring rain on the day of the event, we will not deliver your rental equipmen. If it is a cloudy day and there is a slight chance of rain, we will plan on delivering your rental equipment, unless we hear from you. After delivery is made and it starts raining, there will NOT be any refunds. Once the rain slows down or stops, ipe down the equipment and have fun again. The kids do not care if it has rained, they just want to have fun! The vinyl equipment gets very slippery when wet, so make sure it is dry. If winds exceed 15mph, all inflatable equipment must be turned off & deflated.
We do require a deposit. The deposit goes towards the balance of the inflatable. The deposit can be made with any major credit card or personal check. Personal checks must be received 2 weeks prior to the event. The balance is due when the driver delivers the fun to your party. The balance can be paid with cash, cashiers check, credit card or money order. No personal checks will be accepted for final payment.
Bounce City Party Rentals, Inc. carries liability insurance on all of our rentals. If your event needs “Proof of Insurance,” our insurance will be happy to supply you with the documentation. There is a small fee to be named as additionally insured. Just let us know when booking your order, and we will include the document with your contract agreement.
Under no circumstances should anybody use the inflatable bounces to do flips or climb on the sides or the walls. The moon bounces are not trampolines and do not have the rebound of a trampoline. Remember, the #1 objective is to have fun and safety is a must. Also, absolutely no silly string! This will eat into the vinyl of th einflatable. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.
The moon bounces must be shut of if winds exceed 15mph. No Exceptions!

You get what you pay for, Cheap moon jumps cost less and therefore are rented for less. The higher quality moon jumps have the latest safety features, and better moon jumps cost more and therefore cost more to rent. If you want the concenience of having someone deliver, set up, give instruction, and remove the moon bounce, you will pay more. If you do not mind giving up your time, there are rental agencies where you can pick up a moon bounce in your own vehicle (They can weigh up to severeal hundred pounds), set it up, take it down, fold it up and drive it back. Yes. The inflatable will deflate if the blower is turned off.
e previously offered hourly rentals and found that most customers needed it longer. It is rare that we come to pick up a jump after an 8-hour rental and its not being used up until the last minute. Renting a moon jump should be the least of your worries during the day of your event. Having it show up late or set-up or taken down while your guests are there can be stressful and inconvenient.
No food or drink, no shoes, no sharp objects, no visible metal zippers, no medical conditions including pregnancy, no wrestling/roughhousing, no hanging on the netting, no flips, no silly string or sand.
Yes, the moon bounce will be secured with sand bags rather than stakes. However, it is highly recommended that the moon jump be set-up on grass whenever possible. The cement is us unforgining when this happenes. There is an additional $20 fee for a hard surface set-up.
The moon jump needs to be within 100 feet of an outlet.
